What Cochlear Implant Is Meant To Be
In Your Life?

Cochlear implant users often see cochlear implant as something that subtracts value from their lives. They feel it makes them less than the rest. It is not meant to be that way – it is meant to open up a whole life of possibilities. CI Project wants to fix that.

Making a cochlear implant decision is extremely hard. A cochlear implant decision requires a substantial financial and emotional commitment. Yet, distressed candidates or their parents (if the candidate is a minor) often need to make the decision under a lack of reliable information and sources of support. CI Project wants to fix that.

CI Project collects cochlear implant user stories. Listen from these grown-ups who have navigated the self-esteem crises, a lack of self-acceptance and a lack of acceptance by people around them.
